The Men's Ministry of Immanuel Baptist Church exists to help men to become the godly leaders they are called to be in their homes, workplace and church by encouraging development as servants to Christ and to others.
Becoming a Christian is not a destination, but a life-long process of spiritual growth. Men of Christ should strive to develop as soldiers in God's army so as to influence their world for Christ.
To assist our men in achieving that goal, Immanuel provides opportunities for the fellowship of encouragement, prayer, and focused study of God's Word. Men's Ministry Director Louie Porter plans events for each month that serve to move our men closer to God and one another. Our regular prayer breakfast is held on the first Saturday of every month at 8:00am. It is open to all men in the community who desire to attend. Other social and teaching events are held throughout the year. Details for times, location and registration for these events and are posted on the church calendar.
Come join us as we find our strength in Christ and the bonds of Christian fellowship among men.
